Preparing for your Appointment

You are scheduled for a Virtual Visit with Dr. Nicholas Frisch.

If you scheduled a telephone call:

• You will receive a telephone call at your scheduled appointment time.
• The call may be from a number that is unfamiliar to you or from a blocked number, please answer it!
• Dr. Frisch’s PA or MA will begin the call to gather some information from you.
• Dr. Frisch will then enter the call and proceed with the remainder of the visit.
• You have either scheduled a FaceTime, Skype, or telephone call.

If you scheduled a Virtual Visit with Dr. Nicholas Frisch:

• You will receive a call at your scheduled appointment time.
• The call may be from a number that is unfamiliar to you, please answer. Dr. Frisch’s PA or MA will begin the call to gather some information from you.
• Dr. Frisch will join the call and proceed with the remainder of the visit.
• If you are joining via video, make sure the microphone and camera are both turned on or “allowed” so we can see and hear you!
